Return and Refund Policy

At Impact Fashion, every product is custom-made for you as soon as you place an order. Because we operate on a print-on-demand system, we have a specific return policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products (Warranty)

Did your product arrive damaged, is there a clear printing error, or did you accidentally receive the wrong item? We will, of course, fix that for you immediately!

  • What to do: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@impactfashion.nl.

  • What we need: Send us a clear photo of the problem (the damaged product or the printing error) along with your order number.

  • The solution: Once we have confirmed the error, we will ensure that a new item is sent to you completely free of charge, or we will refund the purchase amount. In most cases, you usually do not need to return the damaged product to us.

2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because each garment or product is produced uniquely for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:

  • Ordered the wrong size or color.

  • Are not satisfied with the model.

  • Changed your mind after production.

Tip: Always check the size chart on the product page before placing an order to ensure you choose the correct size.

3. Cancelling or Modifying an Order

Once an order is placed, it is almost immediately forwarded to our production team. If you have made an error in your address or order, please contact us within 2 hours. Once the production process has started, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify the order.

4. Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly entered address, or because it was not picked up at a collection point, it will be returned to the printer.

  • If you still wish to receive the package, we can resend it. The costs for this new shipment will be at your own expense.

  • No refund will be issued in this case.
